Ron Wilcox

Ron’s experience has helped business people, consumers, and other attorneys succeed in challenging legal circumstances. His experience includes antitrust law, breach of contract, fraud, and business torts.

Most recently, he has assisted other attorneys in prosecuting and defending appeals in personal injury and commercial cases. He also has assisted other attorneys in briefing special matters, such as motions for a new trial, motions to set aside judgments and orders, challenges to expert testimony, and responses to motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
